By accessing and using the KZN Youth Coil platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile
  • You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You will not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. User Types and Obligations

Graduates

Graduates must provide accurate information about their qualifications, skills, and work experience. CVs and documents must be authentic and not contain false information.

Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs must provide accurate business information and legitimate business plans. Funding requirements must be truthful and realistic.

Companies

Companies must post legitimate job opportunities and provide accurate company information. Job postings must comply with employment laws and regulations.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your personal information will be:

  • Collected and processed lawfully and fairly
  • Used only for the purposes for which it was collected
  • Stored securely and protected from unauthorized access
  • Not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KZN Youth Coil or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Uploading malicious software or viruses
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Using the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

KZN Youth Coil provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and conditions. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
